Psalms 21

  1. Psalms 21:1 The King shall ioy in thy strength, O LORD: and in thy saluation how greatly shall he reioyce?
  2. Psalms 21:2 Thou hast giuen him his hearts desire; and hast not withholden the request of his lips. Selah.
  3. Psalms 21:3 For thou preuentest him with the blessings of goodnesse: thou settest a Crowne of pure gold on his head.
  4. Psalms 21:4 He asked life of thee, and thou gauest it him, euen length of dayes for euer and euer.
  5. Psalms 21:5 His glory is great in thy saluation: honour and Maiestie hast thou layde vpon him.
  6. Psalms 21:6 For thou hast made him most blessed for euer: thou hast made him exceeding glad with thy countenance.
  7. Psalms 21:7 For the King trusteth in the LORD, and through the mercy of the most High, he shall not be moued.
  8. Psalms 21:8 Thine hand shall finde out all thine enemies, thy right hand shal finde out those that hate thee.
  9. Psalms 21:9 Thou shalt make them as a fiery ouen in the time of thine anger: the LORD shall swallow them vp in his wrath, and the fire shall deuoure them.
  10. Psalms 21:10 Their fruit shalt thou destroy from the earth, and their seed from among the children of men.
  11. Psalms 21:11 For they intended euill against thee: they imagined a mischieuous deuice, which they are not able to performe.
  12. Psalms 21:12 Therefore shalt thou make them turne their back, when thou shalt make ready thine arrowes vpon thy strings, against the face of them.
  13. Psalms 21:13 Be thou exalted, LORD, in thine owne strength: so will wee sing, aud praise thy power.
